10.5-Inch Cast Iron Skillet

I own several Fields, Lodge, and sold my Smitheys to purchase the Stargazer. Ive owened Griswolds and a Sydeny Wagner National. This is a very impressive cast iron slkillet. I love the handle, helper handle, and the weight. This may be my favorite. Very happy with my purchase.

Quality you can see and feel

Although I don't use the 10.5 skillet nearly as much as the 12 inch, it is definitely a must have for cooking multiple dishes at the same time. Straight out of the box with a gentle wash and right to perfect stick-free eggs. The handle is so comfortable and the factory smooth cooking surface really is a benefit.

Smooth and Steady

The 10.5" skillet heats evenly, cooks like a dream and fits my burners perfectly. It was preseasoned and I have added at least 6 new layers - pretty well nonstick now and great for scrambling eggs.
