These are perfect for everyday sleeves. I love how easily they slip on and keep my knees warm and ready to move. I have other MB stiffer sleeves for comps, but these are great.

These knee sleeves are awesome! Definitely measure around the head of your knee and order the recommended size accordingly. When you first put them on, they will feel tight and you'll think you got a size too small, but go work out. They form to your legs and you will discover the support you get gives you the comfort needed to push yourself like never before. You won't even think about knee pain! Progressive overload on squats, RDLs, calf presses, leg extensions, leg curls, Bulgarian squats, cable flys, standing biceps curls, cable triceps extensions... you name it. My knees aren't aching after a workout.

I go from leg day to walking on an incline on a treadmill. I have no meniscus in either of my knees. It used to be an achy afternoon but the knee sleeves take a lot off of my knees. I use elbow sleeves, knee sleeves and the original slingshot. Stats 67 year old male, 208lbs, bench 175
