Chocolate banana
It really is the first thing I do after work, is make a shake. Ice and one banana. Little water and done. You can taste the clean ingredients. It’ truly is a super food.

Not For Me
I purchased both carnivore and steak shake. First, both are way overpriced, especially steak shake. The first ingredient is whey concentrate, the cheapest protein available. At this price it should be isolate all day. Second, I’ts been years since I’ve had something that mixes so terribly. I have to mix mine the night before and leave it in the fridge overnight which seems to help a little. I have 4 bags so this will be a pain for a while. It does taste good after getting a workout just shaking it up forever though. Seeing some of these return issues seals the deal for me to try anything else further with this company.
