Shake Strap Adapter

My new favorite accessory

I have not used this product a whole lot yet, as I need to find the best uses for it. I hooked it up to a lat pulldown cable but because of the increase in length and the stretch, it make it tough to sit on the seat and pulled down, I sat on the ground and did the lat pulldown and it worked quite well, plus it was different way to do pulldowns . It's a small investment for another nice tool to use. If I had to pick only one attachment it would be the long handled strap, as I use that one more than anything .
