Good tool, but other options are more benificial.

Although you can use the 2 handled strap for basically the same stuff. This one is shorter and a bit more manageable. definitely a great tool, but I recommend the version with an actual circular handle. Easier to hold onto for excerises like supinated grip tricep extensions.
