Seriously gourmet ox tails

I was pleased with these delicious oxtails and surprised to see them in the product menu. I love bison and know there's a learning curve for cooking it. So I cooked them 2. 5 hours low pressure in pressure cooker. First 45mins natural release, still needed more time, back on for additional 45mins with natural release, then continued cooking them with my vegetables on multi cook setting for the remaining time. (carrots,potatoes and corn cobs) They are very lean so I drizzled olive oil over them before cooking. I used my green seasoning(Bellpepper,cilantro, garlic,onion,cuban oregano, pureed)salt and pepper. In 1/2 cup chicken broth. Love the clean taste and gelatinous and favorful collagen. I recognize bison as a lean protein with short tails but I made three meals from 2 orders. (better then restaurant food and prices) I cooked them tender but not mushy. I standby my choice to purchase your products and happy to contribute to your family's hard work.
