Tallow and Bison Broth

Parked and shipped correctly I have not tried it yet, but I’ve had it before so I know what it is. I appreciate the quality the authenticity of the product. I love bison. It is my favorite.

Nice tallow, good for cooking. It is pretty hard (in the refrigerator), so it is a bit hard to get much out.

Special stuff

Nicole is so cool she actually let me switch out this for a jar of the elk version which we have had before and this is what we are actually reviewing and it’s the best tallow ever. Hard to think of a better cooking fat
