Elk patties

These elk patties we like to fry up for the grandchildren. They taste so similar to beef patties , but with all the extra zinc!

Not our favorite. Prefer the bison burger options. Just a preference thing.

Good stuff

Hands down Northstar has some great products. Ive had premium cuts for elk and bison and they're amazing. The summer sausages and jerky are great also! I will keep buying thats for sure. Only thing better would be if I lived in a state that I was able to harvest my own!
