I love the Equator Coffee experience!

Set up my subscription after experiencing Equator coffee products for the last couple of years on a gift subscription from my son-in-law. I love the product, the service and the ease of setting up the subscription. The tour of your facility and roasting equipment was also a memorable experience. Poor service

I really enjoy the coffee, but I experienced some issues with the service. I signed up for a subscription, but the delivery was delayed and I was told it was stuck. They informed me they would send out a new order, but it only included one bag of coffee instead of the two I ordered. If only they had checked properly, this could have been avoided. Overall, the organization felt poor, which led me to cancel my subscription.
