Curated Coffee Blend Subscription

A Very Disappointing Experience

For me, the website was absolutely unclear, resulting in enormous disappointment. When filling out the information for my order, I specified The Equator Blend, which I was expecting to receive via subscription. Even though the word “curated” was used, my interpretation was that this was a curated blend by Equator. I was exclusively interested in this blend. Unfortunately, I was sent French Roast, which is not at all what I wanted or expected, nor do I care for French Roast. I did notify customer service who informed that my “curated” subscription order meant that the company decides what I will receive. Again, for me, this was entirely unclear as I subsequently checked my order and it said Equator Blend. As a result, I cancelled my subscription and will be purchasing coffee elsewhere.

We love this service. We liked the Bouchon Blend best so far but we are excited to try others!
