I love steak but I live an extremely healthy lifestyle. I avoid processed food like the plague and keep my saturated fat intake very low. I was introduced to bison meat last year on a trip to Colorado. Unfortunately, living on the east coast, it is impossible to find bison meat. Through a Google search, I found Nebraska Bison I gave it a shot. I ordered NY Strips and have never looked back. More than 60 grams of clean protein and very minimal saturated fat. Most importantly, the steaks are DELISH!!! Easy to cook on the grill, I challenge anyone to tell me that they don’t taste better than a “regular” steak. One time I ordered the bone-in ribeye. Pure heaven! I am a customer for life.
