Bison NY strips & Fillet special

Always appreciate the packaging with the ample supply of dry ice to keep the steaks frozen upon arrival. No exceptions with my most recent order. Prepared the strip steaks and cooked until medium rare. very little need for anything other than salt and pepper. To date only had one steak and found it to have more grizzle to my liking than other steaks I've had. But holding off complete negative review until I had one or two more. Bison Filets as before very good.
