Great support

My wrist was hurting for a while, so i decided to try out some supports. After about a week, my wrist pain went away. I did not change any of my lifting habits (good or bad, lol). These are comfortable and give me the support I need on heavy lifting days.

Great wrist wraps

I grabbed the Gangsta wraps for using on bench in powerlifting comps. I wanted to support a smaller manufacturer than the big names like SBD, A7, etc. Excellent product that I can pull tight to get almost that casted feel. They are IPF approved which means they work for all federations. I use them on squat as well, feeding the strap through the loop for wrist stability. My fav wraps so far!
