Just the Perfect Add
The Chervil is wonderful I make my own cheeses and have been looking for a really nice chervil to add and I found it here. The flavor is amazing and a perfect add to any homemade product.

Trying new things
I ordered several spices I have never used, partially because we have someone who has roots in Sri Lanka staying with us during the quarantine. :) It has been so much fun! And DELICIOUS. I am thankful for the food we have to eat, but also for the added "spice" you all have added to our kitchen. Thanks!

Good quality
It’s hard to describe, but done dried leafy spices seem old while others seem fresh even though they have been dried. The organic chervil I received from Gneiss seems quite fresh.
