Epazote is one of my essentials for foundation Mexican flavor
I always have Epazote on hand for everything from simple pinto beans to complex-flavored moles and other thick sauces. I love being able to order a small refill to keep it fresh and only what I need. I have ordered elsewhere but I find that the freshness (color, texture, aroma) and the zero-waste packaging are BEST from Gneiss Spice.

Great Spice
Your Epizote in the magnetic glass jar,bought is a great spice. I used it in my black beans and it intensified the flavor, while reducing the gastric bad side effects of the beans. Another great spice that I've bought from Gneiss

I looked everywhere
I needed epazote and simply could not find a reputable source of this spice anywhere. I was thrilled with my order from Gneiss. It was affordable, great quality, and the jar is great!
