Chili Powder — Chipotle Lime (Hot)

Corn's best friend

I mix the chili lime with the similar chili lime seasoning salt blend available through gneiss spice. The combo is bright and delicious on fresh corn especially, though it'd make a great addition to any Mexican food, seafood, or any veggies that (like corn) are a bit sweet... mmm, roasted carrots, perhaps? It's part of my regular repertoire!

This spice mix is delicious though it is very hot! Hotter than I expected. I bought it to season black beans & I can only use a little as my husband is not as heat tolerant as I am. Siracha is like ketchup for me. The spices are very fresh from Gneiss. I will be ordering more soon and I love the functionality and beauty of the jars so much!

I used the small package in no time. It's great on almost anything without being too spicy. My large package just arrived... yay!
