Perfect for Kimchi

I couldn't find gochugaru without additives anywhere locally, so was excited to find it here! Made my most successful batch of kimchi yet, thanks to these chili flakes which provided what I believe to be the authentic flavour.

We had Korean food in Boston and hubs fell in love with their chili flakes. I searched and found this company that sold it based in Maine on unceded Abenaki land from cooperative growers. We ordered and I am so thrilled we have another spice company to add to our ordering list. The jars are stunning. The product is impeccable. The chili flakes are spicy and delicious.
