I bought this primarily because of a recipe that called for it. I was happy to see it sold on this website. I see why they wanted this instead of regular table salt for the finishing on the recipe. I also have to say it is great on popcorn too!

Great Salt!

I don't use much salt, but the Fleur De Sel Salt is the perfect "last minute" salt on top of a dish. You don't need much, but it looks like sparkle crystals on top of a piece of meat or a veggie dish!
