Nothing but good
I love these jars! I originally wanted them because I’m making efforts towards a lower-waste kitchen, and it’s a huge bonus that they look so cute too! I love that they stick right to my fridge and don’t take up any cabinet space. And of course it’s awesome that I can buy refills that come in non-plastic bags. I definitely recommend these spices and supporting this company :)

Refresh your winter pallette!
As much as I love my chilis and lentil soups during the cold of winter, my tongue craves variety. I found a Greek Gigantes soup to try in the Bean by Bean cookbook, which seemed odd calling for mint. Mint in a soup? I gave it a whirl with my Gneiss Spice mint leaves though and it turned out great! What a refreshing flavor for the winter!
