Unbelievably fresh

Just used my berebere spice mix from Gneiss Spice to make a most delicious misr wat (spicy Ethiopian red lentils). The mix was perfect- as my onions sautéed with it my kitchen smelled like an Ethiopian restaurant. So easy and so good!
