Effective “get to sleep” aid
Definitely works & appreciate that it doesn’t have melatonin nor any ingredients that aren’t good or questionable. I’d give it 5 stars if it wasn’t so icky tasting & strong but not bad if diluted in water. I think if this had some peppermint in it it’d be more palatable. Note: the kava kava makes the tongue numb, temporarily.
