I’ve been using real mushrooms for years and really enjoy all their products. This is only how I use them, I’m not telling anyone else to do this, it’s what I’ve found works for me. I buy all the different kinds. then mix them together, and I put a scoop in my coffee with my creatine. Whenever I miss a day, I can tell. Not as energetic and foggy. It’s a cheap alternative to prescription medication that has multiple side effects that I’d rather avoid. My doctor even likes that this option not only works for me, but is clean and pure. I have auto subscription so I’ll never be without. Thank you real mushrooms for having a true passion for this, it has certainly helped me. Keep the magic flowing💕

Fast shipping

Shipping was extremely fast. I have the subscription. This is month 2. I haven't really noticed a difference yet but I'll give it 90 days to see if my cognitive issues improve. I ordered the Lions mane.
