I Sleep Soundly™ tablets

My wife and I have been using these tablets for many years. The amount Ashwagandha ingredient appears to be a safe amount. We've taken other questionable sleep aids previously, but have stayed with this product.

I really think these have helped my quality of sleep. I have used for a while now. I plan on continuing to purchase

It has not been a successful for me. Despite taking extra dose.
