Mixed feelings

The droplets don’t really help me go to sleep or get to sleep, but it does help me stay asleep. I will say that I noticed when I take the droplets that my dreams are very “abnormal”. I’m not sure why and maybe it’s just how my body is responding to the ingredients. But I’ve decided to stop taking it because it’s not really helping me get to sleep and when I do go to sleep, I’m dealing with weird dreams.

Amazing is an understatement!

I swear by this! Works wonders for when you climb into bed physically exhausted but your brain decides it wants to run laps! It’s a literal lifesaver!

Very effective!

I use this tincture straight rather than in water because I don't want to drink extra liquids in the night. Taking it straight works fine for me. I have used it twice so far when I woke up during the night and had trouble dropping back to sleep. It worked very well! Within 15 minutes or less, I went back to sleep. I am happy to have this product on my bedside table!
