I use Lion's Mane as part of a recommended stack. I haven't done any with-vs.-without testing to see if the Lion's Mane in itself makes any difference, so I really can't tell anything about the quality of this product; but I can say that taking the stack as a whole on the recommended schedule has been helpful. Also, I first sourced this product from Real Mushrooms after some research into providers and have had no complaints.
