These cod liver soft gels taste like fresh cod. I later sometimes burp up a little of any cod liver brand. You can tell Rosita really is raw. It has a more pleasant taste than other brands. If you don't like fish at all, maybe taking cod liver is not for you, unless you really care about the health benefits. The soft gels have no taste, though, as you are swallowing them.

I take 3 cod liver soft gels everyday with a meal and lots of water and my complexion noticeably glows. I’ve seen a surprising difference after a few weeks of starting. I did not expect a physical indicator of it working but wow!
