Weirdly thick and foamy

This is my first time buying from Mt. Capra and this was the only flavored goat protein I purchased. I’ve blended it with organic Almond milk and for some reason there is a very odd thick, foam that develops during blending. I believe the issue is too much xanthan and guar gum. It’s only gumless products from here on out..lesson learned! I won’t purchase this again.
