Cultured Ghee from Organic Butter (7.5 oz)

I use this regularly to cook especially when making Armenian pastries since most of them want clarified butter. Saves a ton of time because Ghee is exactly that.

Fatworks Is the only commercially made ghee that I will use. I think their secret is using cultured butter. That makes all the difference!

So fragrant. I use it for everything…especially to add to my rice :) yum
