Exceptional product; i do love my olive oil but i'm tired of trying to figure out which ones are fake or blends. This stuff is pretty straightforward.... All of their fats are fantastic.

My favorite product is the Wagu beef tallow. It's great to cook with in a multitude of ways and due to it's texture, I also use it to season all of my cast iron cookware.
