Pasture-raised Chicken Thigh Pack - 1.0 lbs.

Package was delivered in the WRONG PLACE twice now! Being a disabled senior made it difficult if not almost impossible to barely manage to struggle and place this heavy box on my walker. Then I struggled to push it up an uphill incline to my high porch to get it into my house before it melted in the 100 degree weather. The instructions clearly say to put the box at the “front door porch chair”. But instead they left in in the hot sun in front of the carport door! Shame on Fedx for not reading the instructions and shame on Wellness Meats for label instructions so small that you need a magnifying glass to read them!!! I hope someone who can improve the delivery experience will read this?

The dry ice was completely gone but they had put enough ice blocks and delivered overnight and that helped keep everything frozen hard. I appreciate that very much. Which is important especially if you have health concerns. I wish I could say the same with the seafood company I buy from but unfortunately I can’t. I wish that wellness meats had sockeye salmon and then I could just buy it from them.
