Organic Leaf Lard (14 oz)

I never thought organic leaf lard would make such a difference in my baking. Wow. The texture, and it's ability to impart such a delicate balance between delicate and firmness is unmatched. Thanks for your efforts to bring such a wholesome product to market.

I used to struggle with my butter/vegetable shortening pie crusts, until I started using leaf lard in place of the shortening. Now every crust comes out perfect. It makes a huge difference.
