Grass Fed Beef Tallow (14 oz)

This is my second order of beef tallow and leaf lard. The chicken fat was out of stock but I’ve ordered it before and it was great! I cook a lot and like using these fats as opposed to synthetic and processed oils.

I love that you sell fat from pasture-raised animals. The jars arrived individually wrapped, and not a one broke or as damaged in any way. I've already made my way through half of a jar, using it for sauteeing and even for frying chicken, loving that it takes so long to break down from high heat. But I'll order poultry fat for foods that tend to cool quickly when serving or eating--like hash, produce, bread (for croutons or grilled sourdough). The tallow is amazing for roasting sliced potatoes in at a very high temperature--it just doesn't break down. Thank you for making this healthy product available.
