Organic Black Beans

Great side dish

I have been trying to add legumes to my diet but have always found canned options to salty and bland. Making beans fresh is labor intensive and I always dry them out. I recently made these beans with the addition of sautéed onions and peppers and it was like I was at a five star restaurant. They taste amazing.
