Easy peasy chickpea salad

Tasty salad in an instant! Great Quality - just add olive oil (Jovial), apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard (dijon), finely chopped herbs, finely chopped red onion, red pepper - perfect! I sometimes also add feta cheese. Serve with crusty sourdough bread and a simple green salad.

Love this workhorse

These chickpeas are up for any challenge you throw at them. These make the best hummus I have ever eaten. Roasted with olive oil and spiced up make for a great snack. I love them so much I could write a sonnet ;)
