Organic Italian Diced Tomatoes

A lotta borlotti (doesn't quite rhyme but hey!)

I make a tomato sauce with these tomatoes, adding a little tamari with the finely chopped sautéed onions and garlic. Add some of the Jovial Borlotti beans and simmer for a few minutes. Serve over basmati rice with wilted spinach greens - so comforting and not too filling! (a little anchovy essence also helps bring out that umami flavor - but make sure its a good quality one).

Like fresh from the garden

I love the tomatoes from Jovial Foods. They taste like I've canned my own from my garden! The flavor is so fresh and adds a deliciousness to any dish. I highly recommend them. I made a zucchini ravioli and added the Organic Italian Diced Tomatoes. Everyone loved it!

Can’t buy anything like this in the states. I ran out for one linguine dinner and won’t let that happen again! Great stuff!
