I love these beans (esp. in glass.) I just made an awesome soup using these and cannellini beans together, and great in salads too!

I love the fact the beans are soaked prior to cooking, just how my grandmother taught me. They have a creamy texture when used in salads or stews. Thanks for the glass jars!
