Sardines in Azores Butter

10/10 Azores Butter is absolute perfection.

I had never heard of Azores butter, but now I’m unsure, I could ever have regular butter again. These were delicate, and rich. The earthiness and slight volcanic smoke with the better, lended beautifully to the sardines. Slightly warmed and put over toasty crackers- and truly perfect bite.
