Great Pan

I added this Pan Pro to my Our Place set and it is a great addition for larger pan dishes. Just like the set it heats up fast and evenly and non stick with easy clean up. Just wish it would have come with the option to purchase with gold handles like my set. It would have been nice for them all to match.

Titanium Large Always Pan Pro

This is the pan I have been looking for. It is truly non-stick with scant oil. The last pan I purchased was ceramic coated and was non-stick for about a week. Then food started sticking with a good amount of oil. I will be buying another, probably smaller version, soon. I can't rate your pan any higher.

I have been impressed with the design of the titanium pan - the beautiful shape between a fry and saute pan, and can't understand why people are not willing to do the tiny bit of extra care that is required and have unrealistic expectations of total nonstick. Even though you can, I also don't see the need for using a dishwasher as it is easy to clean. It works beautifully, heats evenly, cleans up easily. It acts like stainless steel regarding cooking, heating, versatility and durability, but without the downside of stainless steel 'not at all' nonstick. The Our Place pan takes a bit of care but not crazy like cast iron, and is easy clean up. I can't ask for more. I now have an entire set. Their customer service is top notch.
