I have been using the mini always pan for a few days now and I can say its everything I needed for an everyday pan. I mostly use it to cook up eggs in the morning and I can say it heats up nicely and I can use less oil than with other pans I've used. I was a little worried it wouldnt be enough space, I find the regular sized always pan is a tad big to pull out and clean for just eggs, but the mini I perfectly sized and easy to clean without hassle. I also had a great experience with customer service dealing with a shipping issue so just adds to an overall great experience with purchasing from OurPlace.
