I love these. They taste good and I don’t have a reaction to them! It’s amazing. Plus, they are really filling. As someone who needs to eat a low-histamine diet, this is the one protein bar I can eat.

I am so grateful I found Consider This low-histamine bars! I had just figured out that I have Mass Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) and an ad for these popped up in my FB feed so I ordered all three flavors cause I had a week-long trip coming up. I have always had hypoglycemia and need to eat every 2-3 hours and the CMAS makes it worse. So it's really important that I can have these in my purse when I'm not at home. We just returned from that trip and I don't know how I would've managed without them. Besides being low-histamine, they taste really good! Thank you for creating these!
