I love the elk immensely. Bison is good too. chicken is excellent and side of pork (bacon) taste so darn good. What a blessing to have this company devoted towards the quality of health. Customer service was also very helpful when placing my first two orders. Thank you :)

Chicken fajita strips -low histamine

I cooked the frozen fajita strips in the instapot with purple & yellow onions, red& green bell peppers & frozen corn and served that on taco shells and it was delicious!
