Year 2 with AntiHist

I found your site in 2021 after suffering with inflammation after having Covid. I used your site and blogs to guide me with the elimination diet and following a low hist diet. At the time you suggested using an anti-histamine product from Amazon which I used successfully. Now I am happy to use your product which I feel more confident about. I have been using yours since 2023. I still use daily and am able to manage my symptoms very well.
