Wild Alaskan True Cod Loins

The texture was like rubber. No matter how I cooked it I could not get any other result. Used your recipe and a couple more. I will not try this again.

We decided to give the cod another try ( a past order for cod fillets didn’t measure up and Northstar refunded us promptly), and we are happy we did try it again, the cod has improved greatly. Not rubbery and hard, but fresh and tender.

Good taste. A little hard, maybe due to the not so professional preparation on my part, but tasty!
