Best Bacon Bites!

The chopped bacon is great due to being large pieces and having the best flavor. We use it on everything including salads, egg dishes and covering pimento cheese open face sandwiches. My favorite is grilled Romain wedges with Bluecheese, tomatoes and Chopped Bacon.
