The flavors are so bold on the reserve set, you can’t make up your mind on which stick is better.. they cut no corners when they make this salami that’s for sure.. and I like it because there’s no preservatives at all , and they use excellent Berkshire pork not that cheap stuff that large salami companies use, which are mostly scraps. Gastro’s makes small batches therefore they can keep excellent quality control on their products. This is another reason why customers like myself keep coming back for re-orders. Keep up the great work.
