Cajun Smoked Beef Jerky

What can I say? I was first introduced to Bourgeois thru their beef jerky and ,man oh man, was it love at first bite. I once had our delivery driver stop by there on his way home from New Orleans to Baton Rouge. If you know the area you know that Bourgeois is very much out of the way going from New Orleans to Baton Rouge. Stupid?? Maybe. Excessive?? Probably. But that’s just how good it is!

Best on planet earth. i’ve been looking for the best beef jerky for 50 years. I’m 62. This is simply the best. I’m glad that I have found it.

I ordered 5 packs and 1 of them had a tone of tough gristle in them and one of them the vacuum seal apparently got punctured some how and was really dried out. The other 3 were amazing. I’ve ordered probably 100 packs of these over the years and they’ve always been perfect, not sure what happened this time. But I will definitely buy again.
