Furst time drinking was kinda scary had me feeling a littke weird. Once my body got use to it I live tgr flavors. It help with my fluid intake

I’ve only tried one flavor and like it very much. Its a flavorful thirst quencher. I have to keep adding water to it though, because the flavor is very strong and very acidic on my throat. But, hey that helps me get more water in !! ❤️
