Love this Cut of Pasta

I had this specially flown n to Florida to make my Husband's favorite Birthday pasta with Shellfish. The ruffles on the edges capture the sauce so nicely. Anything from Risticella D' abruzzo is great but this is a family favorite

Riccia the Pasta

This is my current favorite shape. It cooks evenly and is yet ”beefy” it is dimensionally perfect. You should buy it on my recommendation, a stranger, true … but you’ll be thanking me. A little trust goes a long way.
