Rustichella d'Abruzzo Cavatelli

Love the shape, texture and taste.

First time having this pasta. Like all Rustichella d'abruzzo pasta it is outstanding. Perfect pasta shape to use with Buttery Oyster Sauce Noodles (Food & Wine recipe). My only negative comment is the pasta at 16 minutes was not anywhere near done -- not even close to al dente. Next time I will taste at 16 minutes to make sure I don't pull the pasta too soon. I will purchase the Cavatelli pasta again.

We are huge fans of all of these pastas. The cavatelli is equally terrific.

Pasta from the Abruzzi is world class.
