Love the shape, texture and taste.
First time having this pasta. Like all Rustichella d'abruzzo pasta it is outstanding. Perfect pasta shape to use with Buttery Oyster Sauce Noodles (Food & Wine recipe). My only negative comment is the pasta at 16 minutes was not anywhere near done -- not even close to al dente. Next time I will taste at 16 minutes to make sure I don't pull the pasta too soon. I will purchase the Cavatelli pasta again.
