Cinnamon Roll Protein Smoothie

Great addition for my morning tea

I normally only use the Vanilla flavor for my English Breakfast tea but decided to add about a tablespoon of the Cinnamon Roll. It takes great and adds a little bit of "kick" to my tea. I'm looking forward to making baking recipes with this.

Only Flav city protein

I was using premier protein shakes for eight years. From the first day, I tried Flav City there is no going back. The flavors are delicious. There's no aftertaste. I mix it with my coconut milk and it makes me feel grey in the morning. I am a forever customer.

Cinnamon delight

All of the flavors are fantastic but everyone has a favorite. I have found my second favorite taste pretty close to a cinnamon roll. My favorite is the peanut butter. Yummy
